SHIPPING TIME: We usually within 3 days and no later than 2 weeks. Please order early for Christmas, especially for products that are handmade (Example - corn husk dolls, or a large quantity of an item). PAYMENT OPTIONS: PayPal - Shipping charges are automatically included in the price at the time of ordering. Illinois State Sales Tax will be automatically calculated when ordering. International
shipping will require additional shipping charges that will be invoiced to you through PayPal prior to shipping the product.
DAMAGE: Damage must be reported to U.S. Postal Service or within 10 working days and you must report to our company for authorization before returning merchandise. USPS
orders are always insured. To make a claim for damage, ALL packaging, including interior packaging, and merchandise must be relinquished to post office and a form must
be filled out and returned to the post office where delivery was made before money can be refunded.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping on returns for undamaged items unless otherwise authorized. You must call 217 452-3126 or Email (click) - Clear Creek Mercantile authorization. Only credit can be given for returned merchandise. Otherwise you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
SALES TAX: Illinois residents - 8.25% sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship internationally but additional shipping charges will apply. International orders are only filled when the customer uses PayPal and you will be sent an invoice for shipping before we ship to you. You must prepay for the item and shipping by using PayPal.
