DAMAGE:
Damage must be reported to U.S. Postal Service or within 10 working days and you must report to our company for authorization before returning merchandise. UPS and USPS orders are always insured. For USPS shipments - To make a claim for damage, ALL packaging, including interior packaging, and merchandise must be relinquished to post office and a form must be filled out and returned to the post office where delivery was made before money can be refunded.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping on returns for undamaged items unless otherwise authorized. You must call 217 452-3126 or Email mkfcox@casscomm.com for credit authorization. Only credit can be given for returned merchandise. Otherwise you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

SALES TAX:
Illinois residents please add 6 1/4% sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship internationally but additional shipping charges will apply. If you order by using PayPal, an additional charge will be requested before shipping. We will also take U.S. money orders for merchandise but you must contact us with your shipping address so we can calculate your shipping costs and add to your order.
